A bit about me

Helping people to rest and rebuild is important and rewarding work. I have had the privilege to work regularly with a diverse clientele – from elite athletes to those recovering from
organ transplant surgery. Everyone’s needs are different so I approach each session with an open mind and enjoy the process of restoring a sense of balance.

 

I am a NCBTMB nationally board certified massage therapist who is licensed in New Hampshire and Vermont. Additionally, I’m a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. As a high honors graduate of the Connecticut Center for
Massage Therapy’s Clinical Program I received an in-depth education and training in both Eastern and Western massage techniques oriented toward rehabilitation and relaxation.
 

My desire to continue learning has taken me to classes such as CranioSacral Therapy, myofascial release and tuina, to name a few. In sessions I integrate classic western massage techniques, deep tissue work and acupressure to solve problems holistically.
